OBO of PW Consultants with BNP Paribas and LCL
PW Consultants opens its capital to its Management
Investment bank Largillière Finance assisted PW Consultants, a strategy consulting firm specializing in payment solutions, in the reorganization of its capital through a sponsorless OBO (Owner Buy-Out).
This operation allows a dozen managers to become shareholders and brings PW Consultants, operating in a high potential market, into a new growth cycle. This OBO confirms the great expertise of Largillière Finance in the sector of strategy consulting and digital transformation.
The operation led by Largillière Finance had a double ambition:
- To integrate into the capital an ambitious team of managers committed to the success of PW Consultants
- To launch PW Consultants into a new cycle of growth and value creation
With a turnover of 10 M€ and about fifty consultants, PW Consultants is a pure player evolving in a sector in full disruption and whose growth prospects are very important. Its consultants, high-level experts, work with the largest players in the banking sector, major retailers and Fintechs.
The operation was conducted with the Structured Finance teams of BNP Paribas and LCL. All legal aspects were handled by the teams of FTPA.
With this successful capital opening, Largillière Finance demonstrates once again its excellent knowledge of the sector, reflecting more than 14 years of intervention with consulting firms such as TNP or Quodagis and numerous missions to set up management packages.
