Sale of iWE to Upliift

Advised by Largillière Finance, iWE, a SaaS platform for the insurance sector, welcomes Upliift as a new shareholder to accelerate its expansion across Europe

iWE, publisher of a low-code platform serving the insurance and real estate industries, announces its acquisition by Upliift, a pan-European permanent equity (evergreen) investor backing software champions, particularly in the insurance space. Advised by Largillière Finance, this deal gives iWE an ideal, long-term partner as it enters its next phase of growth.

Co-founded in 2013 by Paul-Marie Rongiconi in Sophia Antipolis (South of France), iWE builds a low-code platform that enables the creation, through configuration, of business applications for insurance and real estate professionals. Its “all-in-one” SaaS management solutions bring together all the data, processes and functionality needed to run day-to-day operations – underwriting, policy management, billing, claims management, etc. – making iWE a business-critical tool for its clients. Today iWE works with major players including Allianz, Stelliant, Verspieren and BNP Paribas Real Estate. With a team of around thirty people, the company expects revenue of roughly €5 million in 2026, including about €4 million in recurring revenue (ARR).

Based in London, Upliift is a permanent equity investor backing high-potential software companies across Europe. Having already invested in Spain’s Codeoscopic, a recognized software provider for insurance brokerage, Upliift aims to build a European software platform for the insurance industry – serving everyone from SMEs to large corporates – and help them boost productivity and performance.
