Founded in 2006 by Franck Allali and Didier Zerbib, UFER specializes in the amicable and judicial recovery of debts. UFER offers a full range of services: collection, surveys and investigation, training and audit, credit insurance and factoring, outsourcing.
With 25 employees, a strong methodology and a very efficient information system, UFER operates both nationally and internationally.
After the acquisition of Cabinet Château in 2014, UFER is making its second acquisition with the takeover of CTDA which strengthens its already dynamic organic growth.
The CTDA consulting firm created in 2003, based in Evreux (27) is directed by Thierry Drault.
With a turnover of more than € 1.5 million, CTDA is a recognized player in the profession for its seriousness and its great legal expertise. Its merger with UFER will allow to offer its customers a more responsive and more digital service offer.
