Press release - 20 March 2023
A new deal in the tech and business services sectors for Largillière Finance: the investment bank has advised Guillaume Coppin, founder of e-learning content specialist XOS, in his first capital operation, supported by the Turenne Emergence fund.
Founded in 2012 by Guillaume Coppin, XOS offers its customers training solutions designed to optimize the skills development of talents and prepare them for the skills and professions of tomorrow.
With the aim of making e-learning training as effective as possible, XOS teams combine neuroscience and professional training on a daily basis thanks to neuropedagogy.
XOS supports its customers in three ways:
XOS's ambition is to continually expand its range of training courses, particularly in areas at the heart of organizations' CSR initiatives: inclusion, carbon footprint reduction, continuing education, etc. The e-learning specialist intends to continue its strong growth, both with major B2B accounts and public administrations.
To support this ambition, all employees were involved in the operation, around the management team formed by Guillaume Coppin, Chairman and Founder, and Jérôme Bosio, Managing Director.
Guillaume Coppin, Chairman & Founder, & Jérôme Bosio, Managing Director, comment: “We are very proud of the confidence that Turenne Emergence has shown in us by investing in our company. We are convinced that this collaboration will enable us to further innovate and offer ever more effective solutions to our customers. We look forward to continuing our development to create new quality training content and an exceptional experience to reach new heights”.
Stéphane Saudo, Partner, and Grégoire Sébé, Investment Director, commented: “We are delighted to support the XOS team in this new phase of development. XOS's one-stop-shop offering won us over with its pedagogical efficiency and its perfect adaptation to the business constraints of its customers”.
Nicolas Ibanez, Partner at Largillière Finance, adds: “We'd like to thank Guillaume Coppin for his confidence in us. Our mastery of the challenges of the digital training business enabled us to set up a competitive process, ensuring that he could pass on the Group to several managers with the support of a leading investment fund”.
