Largillière Finance advised Etablissements Revert et Dessaint, a specialist of the Île-de-France in the distribution of industrial supplies, in its acquisition by the Baelen Group.
Founded over 200 years ago, Etablissements Revert et Dessaint are specialists in the distribution of tools, hardware and industrial supplies. With its 4 sales outlets and some 50 employees, the company generates sales of €12 million for both professional and private customers. Over the years, it has developed unique expertise in the management of public procurement contracts.
Founded in 2003, the Baelen Group generates sales of €500 million through 10 business divisions, including DB Next. Etablissements Revert and Dessaint will join the DB Next division, which brings together all BtoB distribution activities for industrial supplies.
This operation will enable the company's directors, Martine Messager and Jean-Paul Fréville, to retire while ensuring the long-term transfer of their company.
