Sale of the communication agency Big Success to its Management
Largillière Finance, the French investment bank, has advised the 6th investment of the Trocadero Croissance & Transmission III fund (Trocadero Capital Partners) in Big Success, an integrated communications group (€13 million in sales, 80 employees and 350 clients) alongside its management team.
The 6 managers associated with Big Success now hold 100% of the capital after buying out the shares of co-founder Jean-Paul Tréguer.
The group is now even more solid thanks to the support of Trocadéro Capital Partners and the advice of Largillière Finance.
