Kimoce software editor joins Emplio Group

Founded by Patrick Hett in 1991, Kimoce is a software editor specializing in support functions (Purchasing, After-Sales Service, Maintenance).

Patrick Hett has entrusted Largillière Finance with the assignment of Kimoce with the objective of finding a buyer who will carry a real growth project for the company and its employees.

After meeting several potential buyers, Mr. Hett retained the Emplio Group as buyer.

Emplio Group, led by Antoine Glangetas and Antoine Karcher, is an editor-integrator in very strong growth (turnover multiplied by 4 in 5 years). The acquisition of Kimoce will enable the Emplio Group to consolidate its position as a key player in business software solutions for SMEs / SMIs, Local Authorities and Key Accounts.
