As part of its growth strategy, DFM Group (€ 38 million turnover – 180 employees in 2019) announces the acquisition of the Lille company MM Diffusion and consolidates its local agency
After the acquisition of IFG in the North in 2018 and AG Bureautique, in the PACA region, in early 2019 (operations advised by Largillière Finance), the DFM Group continues its national expansion.
The takeover of MM Diffusion located in Marcq-en-Baroeul (59), near Lille, consolidates the Group’s activity in the Hauts-de-France region and confirms its desire to be ever closer to its customers.
