Strategic consultancy for Sérénya

Serenya Senior village promoter signs strategic partnership with AMA network group (AD Seniors, AD Quotidien and Crèches Expansion) to Integrate Babadines Concept

Operating in the Center-Val de Loire Region, Sérénya is a real estate development company specializing in the development of residential villages for seniors.

Pioneer in the homes market for independent seniors, with its first houses delivered in 2004, Sérénya is accelerating its development by approaching AMA Network. The Group, which specializes in personal services (micro-nurseries and senior care), chose the senior villages designed and built by Sérénya to incorporate its concept of homes for dependent seniors “The Babadines”.

The seniors’ village “La Promenade du Château” in Trouy, at the gateway to Bourges, developed by Sérénya, is the cornerstone of this partnership. Indeed, 16 of the 52 homes in the program will be dedicated to the Babadines, and AD Seniors will ensure all the services provided by the Residence.

The financing of these first 16 Babadines houses is realized thanks to the real estate portfolio management company Victoires Haussmann sgp in Paris, via the OPCI Générations created for this purpose.

About Sérénya (www.serenya.fr)

Founded in 2008, Sérénya was originally a company specialized in the planning, design and construction of autonomous senior villages.

The Sérénya villages are therefore differentiate from the competition by offering houses with gardens suitable for seniors in closed and secure villages, a welcoming Club House, simple and economic basic services and the services needed for dependent seniors.

Nowadays, the company has eight seniors villages in the Center-Val de Loire region, with more than 250 residents.
