LBO/MBO/OBO - 2024

Minority LBO of Delville Management with Indigo Capital

Patrick Abadie, founder and CEO of Delville Management, welcomes Indigo Capital as minority partner. Number two pure player in interim management in France, Delville Management has entrusted the organization of this strategic transaction to Largillière Finance.

Founded in 2010 by Patrick Abadie, Delville Management is a pure-play interim management firm with 60 employees based in Paris, Lyon, Lille, Nantes, Toulouse, Strasbourg, London and Munich.

With forecast sales of almost €45 million in 2024, Delville Management has managed over 1,300 assignments since its creation, on behalf of more than 700 customers, mainly SMEs and major groups.

The interim management sector has grown fast, from €300 million in 2016 to €800 million in 2023. In tune with this dynamic, Delville Management plans to double its sales by 2028, thanks to its expansion in France and worldwide.

For Patrick Abadie, supported by Alexandra Cadic, DGA Finance, and his 14 other partners, this expansion must be part of a strategy of both organic and external growth. To this end, Largillière Finance was asked to bring in a minority financial partner.

Considering its many assets, Delville Management received numerous expressions of interest from various investment funds (traditional funds, flexible funds and bank funds). Indigo Capital was finally selected for this transaction, in the form of a minority LBO. This investment fund is renowned for its ability to structure and organize mezzanine financing, in order to provide the most appropriate solutions for the companies in which it invests.

Patrick Abadie, Founder and CEO of Delville Management, comments: “Since the creation of Delville Management, a close relationship with our customers and interim managers has always been a central pillar of our strategy. This is reflected in our Club Delville, which has over 500 members, and in our regional offices.

We are delighted to welcome Indigo Capital as a partner, with a view to continuing our geographical expansion and financing external acquisitions. The professionalism of Laurent Warlop, Stanley de Butler and Fabien Depierre, and the flexibility of Indigo Capital’s offer were decisive in our choice. Their support will enable us to accelerate our growth.

Many thanks to Largillière Finance, without whom none of this would have been possible.

Laurent Warlop , Stanley de Butler and Fabien Depierre, Indigo Capital, underline: “We would like to warmly thank Patrick Abadie, Alexandra Cadic and the entire management team for their confidence in us. Over and above Delville Management’s impressive track record since its creation, we were particularly attracted by the human and collective dimension of the project led by Patrick Abadie and his associates. We will be at their side to support Delville Management in its growth and its ambition to consolidate the interim management market in France and throughout Europe.

Thomas Bureau, Managing Director at Largillière Finance, comments: “Delville Management has established itself as one of the leading players in the fast-growing interim management market. Indigo Capital occupies a unique position thanks to its experience in financial engineering for SMEs and SMIs. We are delighted to have contributed to this meeting, and wish the project every success.

With more than 40 employees, a strong international presence and nearly 30 operations in 2023, Largillière Finance confirms its leader position in small and midcap in France.
