LBO/MBO/OBO - 2025

Second LBO of The Corporate Gym with Arts et Biens

The holding company Arts et Biens has announced a majority MBI, alongside the managers at The Corporate Gym, a European leader in corporate fitness. On this occasion, Naxicap sold its stake, advised by Largillière Finance.

Jérôme Conquet, President of The Corporate Gym :

“The Corporate Gym is the European leader in corporate fitness, with over 100 clubs in France and Spain. We design, equip, operate, and manage sports facilities integrated into our clients’ work environments, including large corporations, headquarters, and multi-tenant buildings. Our goal is to enhance the well-being and performance of our clients’ employees. Our offering is fully turnkey, from the design of spaces to their daily operation (classes on-site, outdoors, at home, or remotely), including comprehensive operational management with a recognized level of service quality. We are excited to embark on this new phase of ambitious growth with the support of the holding company Arts et Biens, alongside the teams at The Corporate Gym and our partners.”

Adrien Lévy, President of Arts et Biens :

“This new transaction reflects our commitment to investing in the sports, leisure, and wellness sectors. The Corporate Gym has all the assets to consolidate the French and European corporate fitness market through an ambitious external growth plan. This is the second LBO we have carried out alongside Jérôme Conquet, after Prenax between 2012 and 2017. We are very pleased to support Jérôme and The Corporate Gym’s management team, who are investing alongside us.”

Nicolas Ibanez, Associate at Largillière Finance :

“We are proud to have advised on this sale for a leading private equity firm such as Naxicap. The entry of the family-owned holding company Arts et Biens into the capital of The Corporate Gym will enable it to actively pursue its growth in Europe, in an office market driven by the ‘back to work’ trend and the search for more attractive workspaces.”
