Fundraising of MyTower from Reflexion Capital

MyTower has raised funds from Reflexion Capital

The investment bank Largillière Finance has accompanied MyTower, the software publisher specialized in the management of operations and expenses related to transport and customs, in a double operation spin-off and fund raising.
This operation aimed to make it independent from Crystal Group, of which it was previously a subsidiary, and to raise €7 million from VC Reflexion Capital to finance its growth. This operation demonstrates once again the ability of Largillière Finance’s teams to lead singular “multi-track” operations.

MyTower, launched in 2015 as an innovation and technology department within Crystal Group, a French freight forwarder and customs broker, had become a subsidiary of the group in 2018.
MyTower is now taking advantage of the strategic merger between Crystal Group and Dimotrans, orchestrated very recently by Largillière Finance, to become independent. The fundraising should allow MyTower to continue its strong growth, in particular by strengthening its teams to cope with the significant commercial traction that the company is experiencing.

The main challenge for Largillière Finance in this transaction was to identify an investor with expertise in tech and transport issues, capable of supporting MyTower’s strong growth and guaranteeing the perfect sequencing of the spin-off and fundraising operations.

We would like to thank the Associates of MyTower and Crystal Group for trusting us to accompany them in these successful transactions. We would particularly like to thank the teams who mobilized and adapted to a very short schedule, allowing us to successfully complete the spin-off and the fundraising in record time...
