Capital Croissance and Momentum Invest co-invest in INFOCERT

INFOCERT is a pioneer in software certification for software publishers and companies that have developed internal software.

The company offers the following certifications in particular:

  • NF 525 (Regulatory): Certification of cash register software with regard to the VAT anti-fraud law;
  • NF 552: Certification of software with regard to the processing of personal data (RGPD)
  • NF 203: Certification of computerized accounting software (purchases, sales, stocks, etc.)

Infocert has more than 400 clients, including software publishers (Oracle, Sage, Salesforce, SAP, etc.), major groups (Adidas, Apple, BNP Paribas, Cartier, Crédit Agricole, Conforama, Microsoft, Sopra Steria, Speedy, Subway, etc.) and many SMEs and ETIs.

The investment in INFOCERT is emblematic of the investment strategies of Momentum Invest and Capital Croissance:

  • Primary operation alongside the managers, Françoise Gimenez and Bruno Saurel, to accelerate the company's development;
  • Strong growth sector at the crossroads of two very well oriented markets: certification, a very attractive segment of the "ICT" (Testing, Inspection, Certification) and software publishing;
  • A company benefiting from very favorable regulatory developments and a very high level of recurring revenue (over 90%), particularly thanks to its annual renewal audit activity;
  • Successful SME combining growth and profitability: between 2019 and 2021, the company has experienced strong growth, proving the resilience of its business model in the face of the health crisis, in particular thanks to the digitalization of its modes of intervention;
  • Ambitious transformation and growth project, notably via the expansion of the current portfolio of services (certifications, training...) and the strengthening of the management team.
