As part of the B SMART 4Change program, Paul Bougnoux, Founding Partner of Largillière Finance, was invited to speak on a central theme for managers: “Succession: Much more than just a handover”.
In this interview, he emphasized the importance of early succession planning. In his view, structuring this process upstream enables potential successors to be identified, appropriate mechanisms to be put in place, and the company's long-term viability to be guaranteed.
