Welcome to Largillière Finance, I am Paul Bougnoux, I am the President and I co-founded Largillière Finance in 2005.
Largillière Finance is a business bank for entrepreneurs. We provide assistance with company sales and acquisitions for the external growth of groups. We intervene in financing operations for capital transmission and development capital. We also provide consulting services, typically shareholder mediation, management packages and long-term support.
The focus is always on creating value for our clients.
We operate in various broad sector specialties, from the food industry to technology companies, and we also work in financial services.
The challenges for the next few months are to accompany growth. We have the chance to develop strongly for several years. In fact, over the last few months, we have had to experience this growth, with recruitments and a major move. I think it went very well, everything was managed in the last few weeks. We will be welcoming new expertise, new skills, new profiles, new faces. All this is great but it must remain in the spirit of Largillière Finance, that is to say work, rigor, benevolence and take as much pleasure as possible in working together.
At the heart of Largillière Finance's culture, we put collaborative work at the heart of our work. This is what has enabled us to have this strong growth over the last few years and to maintain a loyal relationship with our clients.
I think that this is really at the heart of the recipe for continued growth.
With offices in Paris, Lyon, Nantes, Brussels and Geneva, Largillière Finance is an independent investment bank dedicated to assisting managers and shareholders of small and medium-sized companies with their capital transactions: company sales and acquisitions, financing (capital and/or debt), financial engineering (valuation, etc.) and financial strategy.
