The investment bank Largillière Finance has supported the sale of the French activities of parfumerie-privee.com (Brand Avenue SA), the leading Swiss online perfume retailer, to the Beauty Success group, a major French player in private perfumery (online and retail).
This new transaction carried out by the Geneva office of Largillière Finance confirms its expertise in carrying out international transactions, in particular Franco-Swiss ones.
This sale allows parfumerie-privee.com (Brand Avenue SA) to refocus on its online perfume sales activities in the heart of the Swiss market. The transaction allows Beauty Success Group to further strengthen its leading position with French works councils, the business targeted by the sale.
With this transaction, Largillière Finance confirms its position as a leading investment bank in French-speaking Switzerland by offering Swiss entrepreneurs broader perspectives in their business transfer operations, in particular during international transactions.
