Raphaël Baroukh began his career in mergers and acquisitions at Valexcel, where he spent five years developing solid expertise in business development strategy and buy-and-build operations. He supported investment funds, family offices, and company executives in defining their needs and implementing external growth strategies.
He then continued his career at Scalene Partners as a Senior Relationship Manager, where he led the development of strategic partnerships (with accounting firms, lawyers, and industry associations) and focused on originating primary transactions in the dietary supplement, cosmetics, and logistics sectors, particularly in LBO and OBO contexts.
Raphaël combines analytical rigor, strong interpersonal skills, and a deep passion for entrepreneurship and business development.
He joined Largillière Finance in 2025 as a Relationship Manager to contribute to the continued growth of the investment bank.
