Nicolas has acquired a broad experience on equity issues within major French and foreign banks, complemented by a broad international background:
Between the creation of the joint venture between Bosch and Mahle in Shanghai, Mid and Large Cap M&A transactions at BMCE, on behalf of French and African clients in the banking, pharmaceutical and agribusiness sectors, Nicolas has also worked in the Corporate Access team of CA Chevreux, the stock brokerage arm of Crédit Agricole.
He joined Largillière Finance in 2014 and became Partner in 2015 in charge of the development of the Financial Services and LBO practice.
Nicolas is Director of France M&A, a professional association gathering M&A professionals, and representative of the partnership with Planète CSCA.
