Laurence has 15 years' experience in mergers and acquisitions consulting, and specializes in equity transactions, such as divestments, acquisitions and financings, particularly in the industrial, consumer goods, retail and services sectors.
Prior to this, she co-founded Alienor Partners, an M&A boutique in Bordeaux, where she orchestrated some 100 transactions between 2010 and 2023, before joining Clairfield International as a partner. Laurence has also held management roles at companies such as ADI Gestion and Exane BNP Paribas, where she headed financial research teams.
Involved in regional economic life, Laurence is vice-president of BEAM (Bordeaux Events And More), a company dedicated to promoting economic events and the attractiveness of the region. At the same time, she is actively involved in promoting entrepreneurship, notably through her involvement in the “100,000 entrepreneurs” association and her support for the Apprentis d'Auteuil, where she assists women in their retraining.
Laurence holds a Master's degree from Paris Dauphine-PSL and Montpellier Business School. She is also a member of the French Society of Financial Analysts (SFAF).
