Josselin has been a Senior Director at Largillière Finance since 2026. Specializing in mergers and acquisitions advisory, he brings 18 years of experience in M&A and 4 years in Audit & Transaction Services, having advised clients on over 50 transactions.
After starting his career in financial Audit and Transaction Services at EY and KPMG, Josselin joined the M&A Advisory team at Banque Hottinguer in Paris in 2007. In 2015, he moved to Société Générale’s Mid Cap Investment Banking department, where he served as Senior Vice President and subsequently M&A Director. He then became Strategy and Corporate M&A Director for the Inter Invest Group in 2022. Josselin advises SMEs, mid-caps, entrepreneurs, industrial groups, and private equity funds both in France and internationally. His expertise covers disposals, acquisitions, LBOs, debt financing, and financial engineering across various sectors, including financial services, TMT, industry, agri-food (notably Wines & Spirits), and business services.
Josselin is AMF certified in 2015 (French Financial Markets Authority).
He also served as a Reserve Officer in the French Navy and was a Young Auditor at IHEDN (2006 - 54th session)
