Over the course of his career, he has lead more than 200 successful corporate finance transactions (public and private fundraising, privatizations, M&A, IPOs, public to private, financing and private debt) both in the European and American markets (US private funds / Nasdaq), with international institutional investors, private equity and venture capital funds.
He started his career at CPR Bank (a subsidiary of Crédit Agricole), then moved on to HSBC CCF Investment Bank, Lazard-IXIS Corporate & Investment Bank (now Natixis), Bryan, Garnier & Co, Invest Corporate Finance and has set up his own independent advisory firm CF Capital Partners.
