Largillière Finance accelerates its development with the arrival of Raphaël Baroukh

To support its strong growth momentum, Largillière Finance announces the appointment of Raphaël Baroukh as Relationship Manager. Following the arrival of Alexis Burgi one year ago as Relationship Associate, Raphaël will lead the business development team and contribute to strengthening the firm’s brand. He will report directly to Paul Bougnoux, Chairman and Founder.

Raphaël Baroukh began his career at Valexcel, where he developed strong expertise in external growth strategy and Buy & Build transactions. For more than four years, he advised investors, family offices and executives on the structuring and execution of acquisition projects.

He then joined Scalene Partners as Senior Relationship Manager, where he led the development of strategic partnerships with accounting firms, law firms and industry associations. He specialized in the origination of primary transactions, particularly in the food supplements, cosmetics and logistics sectors, often in LBO or OBO contexts.

Raphaël holds a Master’s degree in Market and Corporate Economics from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.
