Just Days After the Acquisition of Cairn Partners, Largillière Finance Continues Its Growth Momentum by Welcoming Charles-Edouard Chevallier as Managing Director
Largillière Finance, one of the leading mid-cap M&A advisory firms serving growth companies and large corporates, announces that Charles-Edouard Chevallier has joined the firm as Managing Director.
His M&A experience across the Healthcare, B2B Services and Specialty Industries sectors further strengthens the Group’s expertise.
With 25 years of experience in M&A advisory and Corporate Finance gained in London and Paris, Charles-Edouard advises executives, shareholders and investors on mergers and acquisitions, working with both corporate clients and Private Equity funds.

Biography
Charles-Edouard has 25 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory and Corporate Finance, advising mid-sized companies, large corporates and Private Equity funds.
Prior to joining Largillière Finance as Managing Director in October 2026, he worked in London and Paris at several investment banks, including HSBC Global Banking, UBS Warburg, Alantra, William Blair & Company and Alexander Partners, which he co-founded in 2015.
Most recently, he served as Managing Director at Indosuez Corporate Advisory, where he focused primarily on the Healthcare, B2B Services and Industrial sectors.
Charles-Edouard Chevallier is a graduate of the Grande École Programme (Master in Management) at ESCP Business School.
