Largillière Finance, one of France's leading independent investment banks for small and mid-cap M&A transactions, with almost 30 deals in 2023, announces the arrival of Ludovic Balkany as Director.
The aim of this notable senior recruitment is to strengthen the investment bank's commercial origination activity and to anchor its areas of expertise with cutting-edge technical skills.
Ludovic Balkany, Director. Aged 35, he is a graduate of the ESCP Business School Grande Ecole Program (class of 2011) with a major in Corporate Finance (preparatory classes at Franklin Saint-Louis de Gonzague).
Specialist in M&A advisory services, Ludovic Balkany has 13 years' experience in M&A and has completed over 30 announced transactions (mid and large cap) throughout his career.
Ludovic Balkany began his M&A career at Rothschild & Co in 2011, before moving on to Crédit Agricole CIB, Natixis and Clearwater International, where he successively held the positions of Analyst, Associate, Vice President and Director.
With more than 30 transactions completed over the past 13 years, Ludovic Balkany has supported mid- and large-cap companies, entrepreneurs and investment funds in a wide range of sectors, including consumer goods, retail and healthcare, for whom he has carried out a wide range of corporate finance assignments: disposals (industrial and financial), LBO/MBO/OBO, acquisitions, financing (equity and debt), valuations, mergers, management packages, financial engineering, public offerings, IPOs, etc.
