Nathanaël Blanc, Director
Nathanaël Blanc, 33, holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Law from Lyon 3 University and a Master's degree in Corporate Finance & Financial Engineering from ESLSCA. He began his career in 2011 at LCL, before joining the investment bank i-DEAL Development in 2013, first as VP and then as Associate Director. A specialist in financial transactions for ETIs and SMEs, he has some 50 deals to his credit in a variety of sectors: service/consulting, engineering, software, industry and retail. His career has also been marked by numerous cross-border operations, notably in Canada and Belgium.
Florian Leginy, Vice-President
Aged 29, he holds a degree in Data Science from Eseo and a Master's in Corporate Finance from Audencia.
He began his career at Largillière Finance as a Senior Analyst in 2017, in charge of the Analyst desk. He became M&A Associate in June 2020, and is now promoted to M&A Vice President.
Maxime Fournely, Associate
Aged 30, Maxime holds a Master's degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Paris Nanterre and a Master's degree in Corporate Finance from Kedge Business School.
He began his career at Largillière Finance as an Analyst in 2020, becoming a Senior Analyst in 2021. He has been promoted to Associate.
Laurent Génin, Associate
Aged 30, Laurent holds a Master's degree in Economic and Financial Engineering from Paris Dauphine University. He begins his career in M&A at KPMG Corporate Finance in 2019. He has also been exposed to the different aspects of finance through experience in the trading room at Société Générale, in M&A at Kepler Corporate Finance and in export finance at BNP Paribas.
Laurent has worked on a wide range of transactions (sale and acquisition mandates, LBOs) for listed groups, family-owned companies and investment funds.
Julien Rochas, Associate
Julien, 30, holds a Master's degree in Financial Techniques from ESSEC Business School and a Master's degree in Management, specializing in Finance, from SKEMA Business School. He began his career in 2016 as an M&A Analyst at CM-CIC Conseil . With several experiences in investment banking and consulting firms, he notably worked at EY.
In 2019, he joins the financial valuation teams of financial consultancy Squareness.
Roxane Chollet, Senior Ananlyst
Aged 25, Roxane holds a double degree in Law, Economics and Management from Université Paris-Saclay, a Master's degree in Business Administration from Sungkyunkwan University in Seoul and a Master's degree in Corporate Finance from NEOMA Business School.
She began her career at Largillière Finance as a Junior Analyst in 2022 and is now promoted to Senior Analyst.
Fanny Gény, Marketing & Communication Manager
Aged 31, she holds a degree in Communication from the University of Evry Val d'Essonne and a Master's in Luxury Marketing from the International School of Luxury Marketing and Management in Paris. Fanny began her career as an internal communication assistant in 2013 with a major French group. She then specialized in luxury marketing at La Perla. She then became a transaction negotiator in 2019.
She joins Largillière Finance as Marketing & Communication Manager.
Jessy Trehiou, Accounting and Human Resources Assistant
Jessy Trehiou, 23, graduated from the Lycée Professionnel Notre Dame with a baccalaureate in Business Administration and Management. She started out as an Accounting Assistant at Geimex (Groupe Casino).
She then joined Largillière Finance as Accounting and Human Resources Assistant.
