Largillière Finance, the independent investment bank specializing in small & mid cap companies, is pursuing its ambitious growth strategy. Following the opening of a new office in Nantes last month, it is further strengthening its teams. These include 4 new recruits: Christophe Gautié & Emmanuel Storione as Executive Advisors, Gabriel Hainault as Director, Lydia Meftah as Assistant Data Manager, and Jérémy Pont as Senior Analyst. Together, they will bring their experience and expertise to support the growth of Largillière Finance.
Christophe Gautié – Executive Advisor
Christophe Gautié has worked as an executive and entrepreneur in the tech and financial services sectors. A graduate of INSEAD and NEOMA, he started out in the digital sector, first with IBM, then with the British group Misys, where he was successively Managing Director for France and then Europe; as a member of the Management Committee in London, he successfully completed several acquisitions of software publishers. He then moved on to finance and insurance as Director of Cartesis' European subsidiaries (Conseils et Patrimoine), before founding Apollo Conseil et Courtage in 2006, a firm that rapidly established itself with companies in the new technologies sector. Advised by Largillière Finance, Christophe sold Apollo in 2020 to world leader AON, which he then accompanied for 3 years. He joins Largillière Finance in 2023 as Executive Advisor, to bring his in-depth knowledge of the Tech (Software, IT Services, Cyber, Web Services, SaaS Platforms, E-Commerce...) and Financial Services (Insurance Brokerage, Fintech, Insurtech, MGAs, Providers...) businesses and their actors.
Emmanuel Storione – Executive Advisor
Emmanuel has been an investment banking professional for 30 years. He holds a law degree and a Master's degree in economics from the University of Paris II. He has dual experience as an investment banker and entrepreneur, first in food retailing, then in finance. He has carried out numerous small, mid and large cap M&A transactions in Europe and the United States, notably for Pargesa, Société Générale and Arjil. He also worked on small and mid cap capital market transactions (IPOs, fund-raising) for Midcap Partners. He joins Largillière Finance in 2023 as an Executive Advisor to reinforce M&A expertise with listed companies.
Gabriel Hainault – Director
Gabriel holds a Master's degree in management and corporate finance from ESCEM. He began his career in 2013, as Senior Financial Auditor at consulting firm RSM International. In 2015, he joined the investment bank Wingate, where he became Associate Director Corporate Finance in 2020. He has taken part in numerous M&A and fundraising operations in the small and mid cap segments on behalf of entrepreneurs and investment funds, notably in the industrial, food, hotel and real estate sectors.
Jérémy Pont – Senior Analyst
Jérémy graduated from Grenoble Ecole de Management with a Master's degree in Finance. After a first experience in Financial Audit at Ernst & Young (EY), he joined Largillière Finance in March 2023 as a Junior Analyst. Jérémy was promoted to Senior Analyst in September 2023.
Lydia Meftah - Assistant Data Manager
Lydia graduated from the IA SCHOOL with a Bachelor's degree in Big Data & Artificial Intelligence. She is currently pursuing her studies at the Data ScienceTech Institute in Paris. After two experiences in Data, in BtoB distance selling at Manutan, and for the furniture rental company Aktuel, Lydia joins Largillière Finance in November 2023 as Assistant Data Manager.
