Our history: A human adventure

 

Founded in 2005 by the current Partners – Largillière Finance is an independent specialist in small and mid cap transactions based in Paris, Lyon, Nantes, Bordeaux, Brussels and Geneva.

We advise our clients on their company sales and acquisitions, fundraising and financial engineering, and offer strategic consultancy services.

Our clients are SME managers and their shareholders (business purchase, company sale, SME transfer, LBO, fundraising, etc.).

We work in France and worldwide through our offices. The Largillière Finance team is made up of over 40 professionals.

Our teams work together using a unique methodology underpinned by teamwork, the exchange of information and shared knowledge.
