A very dynamic 2024, with 34% growth
With 25 deals successfully completed in 2024, sales up 34% and an increase in deal size, Largillière Finance confirms its growth momentum, which is particularly remarkable in an often complex economic environment. Whether for large groups, SMEs or ETIs, Largillière Finance has been able to respond to the specific challenges of each customer, in sectors as varied as financial services, tech and digital, industry, business services, agri-food or defense.
This performance has been made possible thanks to the commitment of our team of 40 professionals, reinforced by 6 new employees.
In 2025, continuing development in South-West France, with Laurence d'Halleine
After Paris, Nantes and Lyon, Largillière Finance announces the arrival of Laurence d'Halleine as Partner, in charge of managing the Bordeaux office.
A recognized professional in the Greater South-West region, Laurence has a thorough understanding of the economic fabric and its players. Drawing on her international experience, she also reinforces Largillière Finance's know-how in cross-border transaction management.

Biography of Laurence d’Halleine
Laurence has 15 years' experience in M&A consulting, specializing in equity transactions such as divestments, acquisitions and financings, particularly in the industrial, consumer goods, retail and services sectors.
Previously, she co-founded Alienor Partners, an M&A boutique in Bordeaux, where she orchestrated some 100 transactions between 2010 and 2023, before joining Clairfield International as a partner. Laurence has also held management roles at companies such as ADI Gestion and Exane BNP Paribas, where she headed financial research teams.
Involved in regional economic life, Laurence is Vice-President of BEAM (Bordeaux Events And More), a company dedicated to promoting economic events and the attractiveness of the region. At the same time, she is actively involved in promoting entrepreneurship, notably through her involvement in the “100,000 entrepreneurs” association and her support for the Apprentis d'Auteuil, where she assists women in their retraining.
Laurence holds a Master's degree from Paris Dauphine-PSL and Montpellier Business School. She is also a member of the French Society of Financial Analysts (SFAF).
