The investment bank specializing in small and mid-cap transactions has set up in Nantes. The new office is headed by Pascal le Campion (Master of Finance, University of Tours), a new partner who has just spent almost 15 years with Crédit Agricole Ouest Alliance. Prior to this, he spent almost five years with Fortis Banque (now BNP Paribas Fortis), where he created the small and mid cap financial engineering activities for Western France.
With offices in Paris, Lyon, Nantes, Brussels and Geneva, Largillière Finance is an independent investment bank dedicated to assisting managers and shareholders of small and medium-sized companies with their capital transactions: company sales and acquisitions, financing (capital and/or debt), financial engineering (valuation, etc.) and financial strategy.
