Certigroup, a European certification group in digital trust and fraud prevention, is pleased to announce the acquisition of EuroCompliance, a leading French certification body in anti-corruption management system certification. This strategic move represents an important milestone for Certigroup, extending its position in the prevention of corruption and the fight against fraud, and complementing its existing certification business. It underlines Certigroup's commitment to expanding its presence and broadening its range of accredited standards in order to provide complete certification solutions to its customers in the private and public sectors. Through this acquisition, Certigroup, supported by Capital Croissance and Momentum Invest, will benefit from EuroCompliance's compliance expertise. Certigroup was accompanied by the investment bank Largillière Finance in this external growth operation.
“We are very pleased to welcome EuroCompliance to Certigroup,” says Didier Bienfait, President of Certigroup. “This acquisition fits perfectly with our long-term growth strategy, and positions us as a leader in the ISO37001 and ISO37002 certification landscape. At the same time, EuroCompliance's arrival within Certigroup reinforces our commitment to offering our growing customer base more certifications that bring real added value to organizations.”
Céleste Cornu and Philippe Lesoing, President and General Manager of EuroCompliance, said: “We are delighted to share the news of Certigroup's acquisition of EuroCompliance.
