Ludovic Balkany began his M&A career at Rothschild & Co in 2011, before moving on to Crédit Agricole CIB, Natixis and Clearwater International, where he successively held the positions of Analyst, Associate, Vice President and then Director.
Managing more than 30 transactions over the last 13 years, Ludovic Balkany advised mid and large cap companies, entrepreneurs and investment funds in a wide range of sectors, including consumer goods, retail and healthcare, on a variety of corporate finance assignments: divestments (industrial and financial), LBO/MBO/OBO, acquisitions, financing (equity and debt), valuations, mergers, management packages, financial engineering, public offerings, IPOs, etc.
