Laurent began his career in M&A at KPMG Corporate Finance in 2019.
Prior to that, he worked on various aspects of finance thanks to his experiences in market finance at Société Générale CIB, in M&A at Kepler Corporate Finance and in export finance at BNP Paribas CIB.
Laurent has been involved in several types of transactions, he has advised listed groups, family-owned companies and private equity funds on divestitures, acquisitions and LBO.
He joined Largillière Finance as an Associate in 2022 and promoted in 2024 as a Vice-President.
