Sales - 2020
C.M.S.I is a fire specialist in the Hauts de France region. Created more than 20 years ago, C.M.S.I is managed by Sébastien Legrand who succeeded his father in 2011.
The company works for a clientele of industrialists and major players in the building and public works sector on sites for the installation and maintenance of fire doors, smoke extraction systems and hydraulic systems (armed fire valves, dry columns, etc.).
The Eiffage Group's Energy Systems branch specializes in the design, construction and operation of energy and information networks and systems. It is involved in the entire high and low voltage, thermal and telecommunications chain, as well as in operation and maintenance.
Eiffage Energie Systèmes generated sales of €4.4 billion in 2019.
The integration of C.M.S.I into Eiffage Energie Systèmes' Hauts de France Regional Division will enable the latter to strengthen its positions in the supply, installation and maintenance of fire safety equipment.
Sébastien Legrand remains at the head of C.M.S.I with an ambitious roadmap aimed at significantly increasing the Eiffage Group's presence in the buoyant fire safety segment.
Tanguy Mantelin, founding associate of Largillière Finance:
“The choice to join the Eiffage Group was a very natural one for Sébastien Legrand. We received other proposals from major groups but the proposal from Eiffage Energie Systèmes perfectly met our client’s expectations. In addition to a valuation of the company in line with C.M.S.I.’s very good profitability, Eiffage’s offer will allow Sébastien Legrand to fully realize his personal and professional ambitions.”
With more than 40 employees, a strong international presence and nearly 30 operations in 2023, Largillière Finance confirms its leader position in small and midcap in France.
