Tanguy co-founded the investment bank Largillière Finance with Paul Bougnoux in 2005.
With 25 years of experience in the sale of family-owned groups, Tanguy is a specialist in Mergers & Acquisitions with more than 200 successful transactions to his credit.
He regularly provides strategic development consulting support to many company executives, and is involved in defining Management Packages, Partnership Equity and Non Equity, for companies in hyper growth, with the objective of attracting and retaining the best talents.
He is also a member of the French Society of Evaluators (SFEV).
