This reorganization, financed by a senior debt arranged by CIC Est, is materialized by the exit of historical shareholders and the relution of two managing shareholders.<\/p>\n<p>Founded in 2002, the ZiCom Group specializes in the distribution of low-voltage equipment: professional telephony, videoconferencing, security and cabling\/networks. In 2020, the Group achieved a turnover of \u20ac60 million. It is part of the Alliance-Com network, the leading distribution network for low-voltage solutions in France, representing more than \u20ac150 million in sales.<\/p>\n<p>ZiCom has enjoyed profitable and uninterrupted growth for nearly 10 years, even during the health crisis.
