This transaction once again demonstrates the ability of Largilli\u00e8re Finance&#8217;s teams to carry out unique &#8220;multi-track&#8221; operations.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>MyTower, launched in 2015 as an innovation and technology department within Crystal Group, a French transport and customs broker, became a subsidiary of the group in 2018.<br \/>\nMyTower is now taking advantage of the strategic merger between Crystal Group and Dimotrans, orchestrated very recently by Largilli\u00e8re Finance, to become independent.
