Largilli\u00e8re Finance helps Groupe Laguarigue <\/strong><\/p>\n

to sell its subsidiary PMO to ArcelorMittal<\/strong><\/p>\n

Groupe Laguarigue asked Largilli\u00e8re Finance to arrange the sale of all PMO capital and sites to an industry leader, thus securing a long-term future for the company and its employees.<\/p>\n

PMO, a specialist in secondary metal structures for buildings, joins the construction division of the giant ArcelorMittal.<\/p>\n

Founded in 2008 and purchased in 2010 by the Martinique-based family group Laguarigue (\u20ac100 million turnover), PMO (Profils Minces Ouest) specialises in the production and distribution of secondary steel structures for buildings. It offers two ranges of \u201cper kilometre\u201d metal sections and \u201ccalculated\u201d sections, making it a preferred partner in the Grand Ouest region for construction companies and those involved in erecting industrial and farming buildings.<\/p>\n

PMO\u2019s business has been steady despite the pandemic, and its 2020 results were excellent, with positive growth in turnover.<\/p>\n

This acquisition allows ArcelorMittal Construction to strengthen its expertise in the production of steel structures, and to consolidate its position in the south-west of France with an industrial site covering more than 30,000 m\u00b2 near to Toulouse.<\/p>\n

About PMO <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

Founded in 2008, PMO specialises in the production of secondary metal structures for building envelopes. Based near Toulouse, PMO specialises in steel cold rolling and offers ranges of \u201cper kilometre\u201d metal sections and \u201ccalculated\u201d metal sections.<\/p>\n
