The company is particularly active on the business of processing secure online payments and e-currency offline (vouchers).<\/p>\n<p><strong>EMP Corp\u00a0<\/strong>has significant competitive advantages that result in strong barriers to entry. In very strong growth since its creation, the company has electronically processed more than 400 million euros of transaction volume in 2018.<\/p>\n<p>In close partnership for several years, the\u00a0<strong>EMP Corp<\/strong>\u00a0shareholders have mandated the investment bank\u00a0<strong>Largilli\u00e8re Finance<\/strong>\u00a0with the objective of acquiring a company holding the status of European EME (Electronic Money Issuer). This approval is very difficult to obtain and few payment service companies get it.<\/p>\n<p>Among the mergers proposals with European fintech identified by Largilli\u00e8re Finance, EMP Corp\u2019s shareholder-managers have decided to retain SysPay, a Maltese company operating in the European Union countries. Founded in 2012 by experts in the online payment industry, the company was one of the first European companies to achieve European EME status.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>About EMP Corp<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0(<a href=\"https:\/\/www.empcorp.com\/\">www.empcorp.com<\/a>)<\/p>\n<p>Based in Luxembourg, EMP Corp is an European payment service provider specializing in online payment solutions. The company is developing an innovative e-wallet to process online merchant credit cards, prepaid purchase vouchers for Internet purchases and prepaid card management. In 2017, EMP Corp generated close to \u20ac 12 million in revenues for more than \u20ac 3 million in EBITDA.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>About SysPay<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0(<a href=\"http:\/\/www.syspay.com\/\">www.syspay.com<\/a>)<\/p>\n<p>Based in Malta, SysPay is an European Financial Institution with the status of EME. The company offers merchants a unique, transparent payment solution to accept all payments anywhere on any device in 23 currencies.
