Francis and John Nouvier quickly identified the company redeployment potential.<\/p>\n<p>The objective of the buyers is to give NBE a new lease of life, based on profitable growth. This growth will notably be achieved through targeted acquisitions enabling the group to rapidly grow from around \u20ac 20 million to \u20ac 50 million turnover.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>About JYF Participations<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>JYF Participations is the industrial and family holding of Francis and John Nouvier. It aims to take over businesses that are experiencing difficulties without any time limit and that need a quick and efficient human and operational investment.<\/p>\n<p>Francis and John are two professionals with extensive complementary experience from an industrial, managerial and financial point of view. They have extensive experience in different sectors of activity such as agribusiness, retail, luxury or retail.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>About Nature Bois Emballages<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nature Bois Emballages is the French leader in the manufacture and marketing of light wood packaging for vegetable and fruit growing industries.<\/p>\n<p>NBE manufactures around 20 million packaging a year and generates around 20 million euros in turnover.
