An achievable ambition thanks to a 34% state of the\u00a0<strong>OFI group<\/strong>\u00a0in Groupe Crystal\u2019s capital.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Towards an alchemy of know-how<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0<strong>Groupe Crystal<\/strong>\u00a0expands its skills and know-how by acquiring Expert &amp; Finance. For 30 years, the wealth management consulting firm partner of the accounting profession has been advising business leaders and the professions in the management of their assets. The new group combines multidisciplinary skills recognized in all business expertise: wealth engineering, insurance, social protection, real estate, credit \u2026 and allows to address all customers in France and abroad.<\/p>\n<p>With this acquisition, the Group Crystal becomes a key player in wealth management with the goal of 5 years to double its assets and set up a multi-channel heritage hub in 5 years.<\/p>\n<p><strong>OFI as a development accelerator<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Founded in 1971, OFI Asset Management is one of the largest French asset management companies in terms of outstandings managed with \u20ac 68 billion in assets under management at the end of September 2016.
