The company supports more than 2 million employees and insured beneficiaries, offering personalized and confidential support to individuals facing professional and personal challenges across physical and mental health, family and social issues, and legal matters.<\/p>\n<p>This acquisition represents the first external growth transaction carried out by Empreinte Humaine since Generis Capital Partners took a stake in the company at the end of 2024, a transaction that enabled the company to structure its shareholding around one of its founders, Christophe Nguyen, and to equip the group with the necessary resources to accelerate both its organic and external growth.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"74\" data-end=\"225\">For Me Assistance\u2019s expertise perfectly complements Empreinte Humaine\u2019s historical approach focused on organizational prevention.
