Over the past four years, he has advised investors, family offices, and business leaders on the structuring and execution of their acquisition strategies.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">He then joined Scalene Partners as Senior Relationship Manager, where he led the development of strategic partnerships with accounting firms, law firms, and industry federations. He specialized in sourcing primary deal opportunities, particularly in the dietary supplements, cosmetics, and logistics sectors\u2014often in LBO or OBO contexts.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Rapha\u00ebl holds a master\u2019s degree in Market and Business Economics from Universit\u00e9 Paris 1 Panth\u00e9on-Sorbonne.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>For Paul Bougnoux, President and Founder of Largilli\u00e8re Finance, comments: <\/strong><em>\u201cRapha\u00ebl\u2019s arrival is a real asset for our team.
