This acquisition is in line with the Bank&#8217;s strategy of doubling in size by 2027.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Founded in 1990 by Jean Delgorgue, and today managed by his son Fran\u00e7ois, Finance SA, in addition to its shared family character, presents a listed investment management philosophy aligned with the vision of Wormser Fr\u00e8res bank, combining the preservation and enhancement of clients&#8217; assets with the pursuit of consistent performance over the long term. Finance SA brings together a team of 10 high-end asset management experts.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><strong>Accelerating the bank&#8217;s development<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">With this merger of its asset management activities, Banque Wormser Fr\u00e8res is pursuing its ambitious development strategy based on a sustainable, agile structure:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc; text-align: justify;\">\n<li>A 20% increase in assets under management to over 600 million euros;<\/li>\n<li>A strengthened team of around one hundred employees following the merger.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><strong>A richer offering<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">For four generations, Wormser Fr\u00e8res bank has been developing tailor-made investment solutions for its customers, making the alignment of interests between customer and bank a core value of its offering.
