A few weeks after welcoming two new Partners, Christian Finan and Pascal Gougeon, Largilli\u00e8re Finance, the independent investment bank specializing in small and mid cap transactions, continues to strengthen its management team with the arrival of Olivier Le Grelle as a Partner specializing in luxury goods, packaging and services.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-6955 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/largilliere-finance.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/largilliere-20230130-160849-851677-Cedric-Doux--e1678183328411.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"176\" height=\"221\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Olivier Le Grelle, 62, has a triple background as an industrialist, entrepreneur and investment banker.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">After graduating from the Institut Sup\u00e9rieur de Gestion (ISG), he spent twenty years in a variety of management positions in the packaging industry, notably with major global players such as Verallia, Verrescence, SGD Pharma, Bormioli and Alcoa CSI.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Fascinated by the entrepreneurial adventure, at the age of 45 he decided to take over the adhesive label manufacturer Label Print, which he sold 3 years later. He then made another acquisition, Aiglon, a manufacturer of ingredients used in the formulation of cosmetic and pharmaceutical products, and finally acquired Esatec &amp; A2C, specialized in the packaging of samples for the perfume and cosmetics market.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In 2015, Olivier Le Grelle decided to combine his different experiences and joined the investment bank La Financi\u00e8re de Courcelles as a Partner. From 2017, he will put his M&amp;A experience to work at Clairfield International in Paris, where he will develop the packaging practice on a global scale.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Olivier has advised on over thirty financial transactions in his preferred sectors: luxury goods, packaging and services, particularly in perfumery and cosmetics, wines &amp; spirits, pharmaceuticals and food.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201c<em>After Pascal and Christian, Olivier&#8217;s choice to join Largilli\u00e8re Finance confirms our ability to attract the best bankers to serve our customers.
