Investment bank Largilli\u00e8re Finance announced today that it has advised Klee Group on its acquisition of Alenium Consultants, a management and organization consulting company. This strategic operation strengthens Klee Group’s position as a leading independent French player in transformation consulting.<\/p>\n
Klee Group is a digital consulting and services expert, advising public and private sector players on their digital transformation projects. Based in the Paris region and founded in 1987 by Thibaud Viala, Yves Weisselberger and Samir Khanfir, the group generated sales of 128 million euros in 2023 and has 930 employees.<\/p>\n
This acquisition is Klee Group’s first since the MBO+ investment fund took a minority stake in its capital in 2021. This deal is a major first step for Klee, which aims to accelerate its growth in the consulting market, currently undergoing a major transformation.<\/p>\n
The Klee Group’s management has appointed Largilli\u00e8re Finance to manage its external growth. Thanks to its in-depth knowledge of the sector, the investment bank was able to identify targets that met Klee Group’s demanding criteria, and successfully complete this first operation.<\/p>\n
Alenium Consultants is a French consulting firm specializing in digital, organizational and business transformation for companies and public actors. Thanks to its multidisciplinary team of 35 consultants, the firm supports its customers in defining and implementing their strategic choices, combining sectoral and functional expertise, managerial and technological innovation. As an expert in the mobility, housing and education sectors, Alenium has been leading large-scale projects for over 20 years. Alenium Consultants’ clients include the Agence nationale de l’habitat, Sorbonne Universit\u00e9, the French Ministry of Transport, Ile de France Mobilit\u00e9s and SACEM.<\/p>\n
This merger, between two players with complementary expertise and shared values, will enable the new Klee Group Consulting unit to expand its capacity to provide long-term support to its customers in their most ambitious projects.<\/p>\n
