Among its key services: delivery with assembly, packaging recovery, commissioning and end-user training; delivery without breaking the load of extremely sensitive products in sectors such as medical, banking and art.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The company has a national hub of 20,000 m\u00b2 based in Emerainville (77), 17 agencies and 5 logistics platforms of 40,000 m\u00b2 throughout France. The group has a turnover of more than 60 M\u20ac and a regular growth of more than 12% per year. D Group and its subsidiaries provide services to major accounts such as Ricoh, Xerox, Coca Cola, Pepsi Cola, JPG and Photomaton.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Founded in 2001 and based in Lieusaint (77), Logsytech is an expert in complex logistics for players in e-commerce, telephony, connected objects and marketing, with particular know-how in retail logistics for the management of consumables and spare parts. It operates 5 warehouses totalling 30,000m\u00b2 and employs 160 people serving customers such as SFR, Weight Watchers, Recommerce, La Fran\u00e7aise des Jeux, Total Energie, Ontex and Sogetrel.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The new entity will strengthen its offer to its customers: &#8220;same day&#8221; and tight delivery, network of relay points, drop shipping and advanced storage, direct injection, 1st kilometer collection, specialized facilities and reverse logistics.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Largilli\u00e8re Finance accompanied D Groupe throughout the process, from the search for targets to the final transaction, illustrating its good knowledge of the logistics transport sector in which the bank has already carried out several operations over the last 24 months, such as the sale of Crystal Group to Dimotrans, the fundraising by My Tower from R\u00e9flexion Capital and the transfer of Moine Group to Galil\u00e9 Group.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Delta+ Consulting was chosen by the two managers to carry out the feasibility study and the technical and operational merger, and to identify all possible synergies.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Shamir Razavhoussen, Managing Director at Largilli\u00e8re Finance<\/strong>, is delighted: &#8220;<em>We are very happy to have accompanied D Groupe and its shareholders in this new stage of their development.
