This transaction once again demonstrates Largilli\u00e8re Finance&#8217;s expertise in international transactions. The French bank also adds to its track record a new operation in the Hauts de France region, where it already has a good number of transactions.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">For Largilli\u00e8re Finance, this operation consisted in identifying the most relevant foreign buyers for Roussellecom. In addition to its experience in the printing industry, Largilli\u00e8re Finance was also chosen for its ability to negotiate with foreign investment funds.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">With a turnover of more than \u20ac7.5 million, Roussellecom, a company based in Amiens and founded by Olivier Rousselle, is one of the top five French pure players in the online sale of printing supplies (consumables for inkjet and laser printers sold via its website <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cartoucheclub.com\/\">https:\/\/www.cartoucheclub.com\/<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">TonerPartner, recently acquired by the European mid cap fund Gilde Buy Out Partners, has acquired 100% of Roussellecom&#8217;s capital after an international sales process entirely managed by Largilli\u00e8re Finance teams. This is the German printing company&#8217;s first major acquisition as part of its European expansion strategy.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>About Roussellecom<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Roussellecom has a turnover of 7.5 M\u20ac with BtoC and BtoB customers. The company has been growing steadily for several years and has seen a strong acceleration in its growth since 2020, becoming a key player in the online sale of printing supplies in France by 2021.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>About TonerPartner<\/strong><\/span><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Taken over at the end of 2020 by the Gilde Buy Out Partners fund, TonerPartner is a German company founded in 1993.
