The investment bank Largilli\u00e8re Finance has supported the HISI Group, a specialist in data hosting via cloud infrastructures, in the reorganization of its capital, allowing the entry of two new shareholders: Capitem Partenaires and bpifrance alongside the group’s historical founder.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This new operation demonstrates once again the expertise of Largilli\u00e8re Finance in the “Tech and Digital” sector and in the “Business Services” sector.<\/p>\n

In this operation, Largilli\u00e8re Finance was able to define the conditions of a satisfactory deal for all parties involved and to identify the most appropriate investment funds to reinstate the HISI Group in a growth dynamic.<\/p>\n

With a turnover of \u20ac25 million and around 100 employees, the HISI Group aims to reach \u20ac50 million in revenues by 2025.<\/p>\n

“This complementary team, composed of a regional fund of entrepreneurs and an institutional investor, will allow HISI Group to continue its growth and to accelerate its build-up strategy,” commented Capitem Partenaires in its press release.<\/p>\n
