The investment bank Largilli\u00e8re Finance has orchestrated the reorganization of the ZiCom Group’s capital. This reorganization, financed by a senior debt arranged by CIC Est, is materialized by the exit of historical shareholders and the relution of two managing shareholders.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Founded in 2002, the ZiCom Group specializes in the distribution of low-voltage equipment: professional telephony, videoconferencing, security and cabling\/networks. In 2020, the Group achieved a turnover of \u20ac60 million. It is part of the Alliance-Com network, the leading distribution network for low-voltage solutions in France, representing more than \u20ac150 million in sales.<\/p>\n

ZiCom has enjoyed profitable and uninterrupted growth for nearly 10 years, even during the health crisis. Its progress is marked by several structuring and complementary external growth operations (Immotique, ACRd, Indis, Axis, etc.).<\/p>\n

The exit of Dominique Desbouvries (co-founder), Olivier Cheret and Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Cristofini allows the relution of the two current managers: R\u00e9my Weibel (co-founder) and S\u00e9bastien Lee (reference shareholder).<\/p>\n

This operation is the first step in the Group’s ambitious development plan, supported by its two managers, to become a European leader within 5 years.<\/p>\n
