The investment bank Largilli\u00e8re Finance orchestrated the sale of Pl\u00e9bagnac, a specialized affinity insurance brokerage portfolio of Groupe France Courtage, to PSD Courtage, a member of the APICIL Group, the 3rd largest health and welfare group in France.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Largilli\u00e8re Finance’s major challenge in this transaction was to identify the best candidate to take over Pl\u00e9bagnac, a niche player that has been working with dependent and\/or reduced-mobility individuals for over 20 years.<\/p>\n

The sale of the portfolio to the APICIL Group’s PSD Courtage firm enables the France Courtage Group to transfer Pl\u00e9bagnac to a group committed to social inclusion and to refocus its activities on its core business, insurance brokerage for corporate clients.<\/p>\n

The transaction will enable the APICIL Group to strengthen its commitment to the disability and dependency sector, and to diversify its activities in property and casualty insurance brokerage.<\/p>\n

Largilli\u00e8re Finance confirms its position as a leading investment bank in the insurance brokerage sector by signing its fifth deal of the year. Largilli\u00e8re Finance is the exclusive partner of Plan\u00e8te CSCA – the main insurance brokers’ union – in order to support its members in their capital projects.<\/p>\n
